Written to be read. The clause worth your attention is the one about engineering judgement.
These terms are a working draft. They describe accurately how ReliFrame is intended to be used, but they have not been reviewed by a lawyer and are not a substitute for one. If you need contract terms your own counsel has approved, write to hello@reliframe.com.

The agreement
These terms cover your use of ReliFrame. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an employer, you are confirming you may do so.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think somebody else has it. Community and Professional accounts are for one person; sharing a login is not a way to avoid buying a seat. You must be able to form a contract where you live.
Plans and payment
Community is free and stays free. Professional is billed monthly or annually through Stripe and starts with a 14-day trial; cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. Enterprise is by agreement.
Fees are exclusive of tax. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Cancel whenever you like and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund part-months, and we will not bill you again after you cancel.
If we change prices we will tell you at least 30 days before it affects you.
Your content
Your analyses, components, hazards and files remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display them back to you — nothing else. We do not use your engineering content to train models, and we do not share it.
You can export your work at any time on a plan that includes exports. If you close your account, ask us before you do and we will help you get it out.
Acceptable use
Do not use ReliFrame to break the law, to store other people's data you have no right to, to attack the service or to resell it as your own. We may suspend an account that does.
Engineering judgement
This clause matters more than the rest, so it is in plain words. ReliFrame computes what you ask it to compute, from the data you give it, using the standard you select. It records which standard and revision produced each result, and it tells you when it cannot compute something rather than substituting a value.
It does not certify your system and it is not a substitute for a competent engineer. Responsibility for the inputs, for choosing the right method, and for the safety conclusions drawn from the output remains yours.
Availability
We aim to keep ReliFrame available and we take backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted service on Community or Professional. Enterprise agreements can include a service level; ask us.
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You can close your account at any time. We may close it if you break these terms, and we will tell you why. If we discontinue the service we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your work.
